Travel arrangements

We have updated the information about possibilities how to get to Bratislava, Košice or Poprad by plane, train and car. Please let us know when you have arranged your travel itinerary so that we can be of assistance and prepare pickup points/times for those reaching these cities.

Deadlines extension

The deadlines have been extended to allow participant with closed budgets for the year 2010 to apply in 2011.

However, if you know you will come, please register as early as possible (registration into the conference system is not binding) to ensure you receive all communication about the conference.

Early registration: 31st January 2011

Abstract submission:31st January 2011

Early payment of conference fee: 31st January 2011

Late payment: 9th March 2011

Accompanying person

Accompanying persons can apply for the conference for a 250 € fee that includes everything besides scientific program. However, we reserve the right to still make changes. Changes, if any, will be communicated to those who will have applied.

New accommodation possibilities

Single rooms are reserved in SOREA Uran hotel (1 km from the conference venue). With some people requesting single rooms we reserved the possibility to accommodate participants in SOREA Uran hotel which is located about 1 km from the conference venue in case the demand exceeds supply.
